A few days after the outbreak of war, numerous parishes of the Archdiocese of Ivano-Frankivsk brought food, bedding, hygiene items and other necessary items for the people affected by the war.
Right at the beginning of the war, a crisis management team was convened in the Archdiocese of Ivano-Frankivsk, which set itself the task of helping the needy and those affected by the war. As part of the first initiative, numerous parish priests took necessary items brought by the local people to a humanitarian warehouse in Ivano-Frankivsk. Then the volunteers, mostly clergymen with their families, archdiocesan employees and candidates for the priesthood, sorted them out and prepared them for further distribution to those in need.
Such an initiative is possible thanks to the support of both our benefactors from abroad and the parishes of the Archdiocese of Ivano-Frankivsk, who support this social project.
